1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a membership or accessing any content on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this platform. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for any changes. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Membership & Subscriptions
Memberships are offered on a subscription basis and grant access to content, events, and opportunities available on the platform during the active membership period. Membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change membership pricing at any time, with reasonable notice given to existing members prior to any changes taking effect.
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership in advance if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
3. Account Access & Membership Sharing
Each membership permits access for one device and one login at a time. If your account details are used to log in on a different device, you will automatically be logged out of your current session.
Membership accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any member found to be sharing their login details or membership access with others will have their account suspended or permanently removed from the platform without notice or refund.
If you represent a school, studio, or organisation and require access for multiple users, please contact us directly to discuss our school and studio membership options, which are designed to accommodate group access.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the platform until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a membership period unless required by law.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate accordingly.
5. Accuracy of Information & Event Cancellations
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of information at all times. Details relating to events, programmes, and opportunities are subject to change without notice, and we recommend that participants verify information directly with the relevant event provider.
In the event of a cancellation, it is the responsibility of the participant to communicate directly with the event provider regarding refunds, rebooking, or any other arrangements. We accept no liability for any financial loss incurred as a result of cancellations, changes, or inaccuracies in information that were unknown to us at the time of publication.
By engaging with our programme, participants acknowledge and accept these terms.
6. Events & Opportunities Listed on the Platform

We are not responsible for any information featured on external websites linked on our platform.

We accept no liability for any changes made to associate programmes after publication.
8. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to engage with the platform and its community in a respectful and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any content posted by members that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.
